Western Association for Biofeedback and Neuroscience — Spring 2017 7 and non-professionals alike, as there are benefits for both groups. I also envision advancing the knowledge of how both biofeedback and neuroscience are assets to stress reduction. As someone who helps others understand overstimulation and stress reactions/responses, I recognize that integrating biofeedback and neuroscience is an effective approach to shifting rela- tionships with stress and enhancing qual- ity of life.
